Our limited warranty covers the appliance against defects in
material or workmanship for 60 months from date of purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: Our Limited Warranty is only valid with a copy of the
original proof of purchase. If there is no proof of purchase the tool will
not be inspected.
Tool must be purchased from an authorized Bio Ionic distributor. Proof of
purchase from any unauthorized sellers or online merchants is not
accepted.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
• Damage caused by not regularly cleaning the dryer filter
caps, vents or iron plates.
• Normal wear and tear such as shorts in the power supply
cord or plug, or hair inside of dryer.
• Damage due to misuse and abuse such as:
– Dropping (vibration, loose motor, rattling noise, etc.)
– Foreign objects inside of dryer
– Wrong voltage supply
– Neglect in safety precautions
• Tampering such as repair or attempted repair by
unauthorized party.
• Damage to cord.
• Please note: Dryer Nano Beads are not covered by this limited
warranty. Replacement beads are not available. Missing beads
will not affect the functioning of this dryer.
• Freestyle Systems adapted dryers are not accepted at the Bio
Ionic warranty center. Contact www.freestylesystems.com for
warranty information.
WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE AND WITHIN 60 MONTHS
Exchange of defective appliance is at Bio Ionic’s discretion. Send
the appliance postage paid along with a copy of the original proof
of purchase (proof of purchase will not be returned), completed
Warranty Exchange Request Form, and credit card information
for $35.00 to cover shipping, handling and insurance to the BIO
IONIC SERVICE CENTER. If shipping to Puerto Rico, Hawaii or
Canada include $45.00.

La herramienta debe haber sido comprada de un distribuidor autorizado

CETTE GARANTIE LIMITÉE NE COUVRE PAS:
• Daño causado por la falta de una limpieza regularmente
hecha del filtro y su tapadera, ventilas o placas en las
planchas.
• Deterioro por uso normal, como por ejemplo cortos del cable
eléctrico y/o enchufe, debidos a cambios en el voltaje, así
como la acumulación de cabello dentro del secador.
• Daño por uso indebido o abuso como:
– Caídas (vibración, motor suelto, sonido metálico, etc.)
– Objetos extraños en el interior del secador
– Uso de voltaje inadecuado
– Negligencia en precauciones de seguridad
• Intento de reparación o reparación por personas no
autorizadas de Bio Ionic.
• Daño al cable.
• Nota importante: Las Perlas Nano para el secador no están
cubiertas por esta garantía limitada. No existen reemplazos.
El funcionamiento de este secador no será afectado si faltan
perlas.
• Los secadores adaptados de Freestyle Systems no se
aceptan en el centro de garantías Bio Ionic. Por favor
contacte a www.freestylesystems.com para información de
garantías.
CON EL COMPROBANTE DE COMPRA Y DENTRO
DEL PLAZO DE 60 MESES
El intercambio del aparato defectuoso, es a discreción de Bio
Ionic. Por favor mande el sello del electrodoméstico pagado junto
a una copia del comprobante original de la compra (el
comprobante de la compra no será devuelto), y la forma de petición
de Garantía Intercambio debidamente completada. Asimismo
deberá enviar por la suma de $35.00 la información de la tarjeta
de crédito para cubrir los gastos de envío y seguro. El aparato
deberá ser enviado al Bio Ionic Service Center. Para envíos a Puerto
Rico, Hawaii o Canadá, se deberá enviar $45.00.

abusive, comme:
– Le fait d’avoir fait tomber l’appareil par terre (vibration,
moteur détaché, bruit de casse, etc.)
– Alimentation à la mauvaise tension
– Négligence en matière de précautions de sécurité
• Altérations telles que les réparations ou tentatives de
réparation par une personne non autorisée.
• Les dommages au cordon.
• S’il vous plaît notez: Des Nano Perles du séchoir ne sont pas
couverts par cette garantie limitée. Les perles ne sont pas
disponibles. Les perles absentes n’affecteront pas le
fonctionnement de ce séchoir.
• Freestyle Systems séchoirs adaptées, ne sont pas accepté au

L’ échange de l’appareil défectueux est à la discrétion de Bio Ionic.
Reexpedier l'appareil en bonne et due forme a timbre port payée,
accompagnée d’une copie de la preuve d'achat originale (preuve
d'achat ne sera pas retourné), ainsi que la demande de garantie de
remplacement et information de carte de crédit pour une somme
de $35,00 pour frais d’expedition, de manutention et d’assurance,
au center de service BIO IONIC. Pour les destinations Puerto Rico,
Hawaii et Canada, envoyez $45,00.
