Stewardship Thought for the Week
In today’s Scripture passages, God’s abundant love
is revealed through His gift of the Holy Spirit, which
is poured out even over the Gentiles, and in the tremendous gift of His Son, Jesus, Who commands us to
love one another as He has loved us. The Lord proclaims that there is no greater love than this: to lay
down one’s life for one’s friends. This is exactly what
Jesus does on the Cross. With gratitude for God’s
many blessings, how are we, as good stewards, returning this love to our God and neighbor?
