Para ello:
OBJETIVOS del futuro Comíté Técnico de CEN:
Establecer lenguaje común de intercambio BIM
Redactar normas y documentos sobre la metodología
para definir, describir, intercambiar y registrar los datos,
semántica y procesos del entorno construido de un
modo más eficiente y sostenible.
Recomendar el nivel de intercambio de información
en todas las etapas: proyecto, planificación, construcción,
puesta en servicio, mantenimiento y deconstrucción.

Adoptar normas ISO: ISO 16739 (IFC), ISO 12006-3, ISO 29481 partes
1 y 2.
Desarrollar normas IFC (Industry Foundation Classes), mínimos
datos requeridos, aplicaciones IFC.
Desarrollar normas IFD (International Framework for Data
Dictionaries), en ppio en base a bSDD (bS Data Dictionary).
Diccionario de datos europeo.
Desarrollar normas IMD (Information Delivery Manual).
Desarrollar normas BIM para instalaciones e infraestructura
industrial. Directiva INSPIRE.
