Grupo Moyel es un Consorcio Industrial Textil, verticalmente integrado en su cadena
productiva y diversificada en sus productos para el mercado.
Todos y cada uno de sus procesos se encuentran diseñados para ser dirigidos bajo un
sistema de monitoreo continuo de calidad y rentabilidad, con visión de futuro y
objetivos orientados hacia una organización de alto desempeño y socialmente
responsable.
Bajo esta perspectiva, la selección, compra y tratamiento de nuestra materia prima,
que es algodón 100%, se planea desde la cualidad de la cosecha a comprar, hasta el
concepto de equilibrar calidades de nuestra materia prima entre cosechas, con el fin de
homogeneizar el producto final y superar desde el inicio de los procesos los más altos
estándares exigidos por el mercado.
En el proceso de hilatura, trabajamos en el aseguramiento de la calidad, desde la
mezcla del algodón hasta que se convierte finalmente en hilo, se analiza y mide el
algodón por el sistema AFIS: tamaño de las fibras, limpieza, fibra inmadura, color ....
El control de la calidad del hilo es medido bajo los estándares estadísticos mundiales
USTER igualando nuestro estándar al del 5% superior de los fabricantes a nivel
mundial.
El tejido es el proceso que no solo le da forma y tamaño al producto terminado, sino
que también consigue que las características específicas de cada tipo y diseño de tela,
le proporcionen tersura, suavidad y “caída” especial a cada producto que se teje.
Tejido confiere a nuestros hilos, tanto de “anillo” como al de “open end de suave
torsión”, la calidad deseada que permite entregar al siguiente eslabón de la cadena
productiva, que es el acabado, el producto que gracias a su calidad cubre el mejor
desempeño en el proceso de acabado y también para nuestro mercado.
Acabado no solo es el proceso más extenso por el espacio que ocupa, sino también el
más intenso por la cantidad de variables que necesita manejar para llevar a buen
término el producto.
Su éxito se encuentra en equilibrar congruentemente, la capacidad técnica con la
habilidad y flexibilidad humana y ello transmitirlo a la tela ya dispuesta para
confeccionarse.
En Grupo Moyel, pensando siempre en el mejor servicio al cliente, le hemos puesto un
gran interés al proceso de confección. Este ha sido otro gran reto a vencer, por la
implicación que tiene en una adecuada y correcta calidad de entrega a tiempo.
También y dado que es el último paso técnico en el trabajo sobre nuestra materia
prima, le hemos aplicado la mejor técnica de punta existente en el mercado.

Each and every one of the processes are designed to be managed under an ongoing
monitoring system of quality, profitability, with a vision for the future and also with goals

Under this perspective, the selection, acquisition and treatment of our raw material, which
is 100% cotton, is planned, starting with the quality of the harvest to be purchased, up to the
concept of balancing the quality of our raw material from the different harvests, in order to

In the spinning process, we strive to guarantee quality from the cotton mix until it is finally
converted into yarn. This cotton is analyzed and measured in accordance with the AFIS
system: the fibers, size, their cleanliness, the immature fiber, color...
The quality control of the yarn is measured in accordance with USTER’s worldwide
statistics standards, and our standard is 5% higher than that of the worldwide
manufacturers.
Knitting is the process that not only gives form and size to the final product but also
achieves the specific characteristics of each fabric type and design that make it smooth, soft
and with a special “drop” in each garment knit.
The knitting process gives our yarn, both to the “ring” as well as to the “soft touch open
end”, the quality desired that allows us to deliver to the next link in the productive chain,
namely the finishing process, the product that, due to its quality, provides the best
performance to the finishing process and to our market.
Dyeing and finishing are not only our most extended processes, due to the space they
require but also the most intense, because of the numerous variables that must be used to
carry out the product in good terms.
Its successes are achieved by balancing consistently, technical capacity with human skills
and flexibility and transmit this to the fabric, which is ready for the garment to be
manufactured.
Thinking always on providing our customers with the best of services, we at Grupo Moyel,
have placed a great interest on the garment manufacturing process. This has been a great
challenge to overcome, specially because of the implications it has on an adequate and
correct quality of on time delivery.
Also, and because this is the last technical step in the process we do to our raw material, we
have used the best state of the art techniques available in the market.
