"Ecopreneurs for the Climate 2015" – Green Economy Associations from Ecopreneur.eu join
the Climate Movement ahead of the COP21
Amsterdam/Berlin/Madrid/Paris, 15.10.2015: Ecopreneur.eu – the European umbrella organization of national
green economy associations - is organizing "Ecopreneurs for the Climate 2015" (#ECO4CLIM15), a series of
events happening simultaneously in several European countries (France, Germany, Netherlands and Spain),
along the week of November 23-28 2015, right before the COP21 Climate Summit, aimed at sharing and scaling
up the contribution of sustainable businesses to the Climate Movement.
A "Climate Lunch", a "Train to Paris", co-creation breakfasts, a “Green Start-up Award” ... and a variety of other
activities for and by Ecopreneur's members, all in pursuit of economically-sound and socially-empowering
business solutions to the climate challenge (mitigation and adaptation). The aim is to show the European-wide
clean-tech solution and sustainability oriented economy supporting the climate movement.
Events in each country will be organized and hosted by Ecopreneur's member organisations: Entreprendre Vert
(France), UnternehmensGrün e.V. (Germany), De Groene Zaak (Netherlands), and Greenbiz (Spain). For detailed
