40 minutes from Airport to Golf Course. No official transportation will be available. Players should take
taxi cabs or shuttles / El aeropuerto esta aproximadamente a 40 minutos de la Cancha y Hotel. Los
jugadores deben tomar taxis o transporte.

received the Tournament will assign roommates .
All rooms will be double occupancy with another player.
Players with company other than a tournament player shall contact the hotel directly for fares.
The Tournament is not responsible for guests that are not Tournament Players or other reservations.
Las habitaciones estan incluidas en la inscripcion del torneo, estas deben ser reservadas via
[email protected]. Los jugadores pueden llegar a partir del dia miercoles 10 de Junio y
deben salir maximo el dia lunes 15 de Junio. El Torneo no se hace responsable por disponibilidad ni por
tarifas de jugadores que lleguen antes de la fecha mencionada.
La ocupacion de las habitaciones es obligatoriamente para 2 personas (2 jugadores). Deben acordar
con que jugador compartiran habitacion, de lo contrario el torneo les asignara un jugador acompañante.
Los jugadores que lleven un acompanante que no sea un jugador del torneo deben contactar
directamente al hotel para solicitar cupo y tarifa. El Torneo no se hace responsable por los
acompanantes que no sean jugadores.

PRACTICE / PRACTICA
Official practice Rounds: Wednesday 10 and Thursday 11.
Players arriving on Wednesday that wish to play a practice round must book a tee time 10 days in
advance. If player book a practice round on Wednesday and don’t show up will be charged 100$ at
registration.

Los jugadores que lleguen el dia miercoles y deseen jugar una ronda de practica deben reservar 10
dias antes. Si un jugador reservo para jugar el dia miercoles y no se presenta, debera cancelar 100$ en
el momento del registro.
COMPETITION / COMPETENCIA
Televisa Players Americas Championship consists in 54 holes competition:
First Round: Friday June 12 – 2 Professionals and 2 Amateurs (assigned by committee).
Second Round: Saturday June 13 - 2 Professionals and 2 Amateurs (the same as second round).
Third Round: Sunday June 14 – Final Round – Professional groupings according to scores.

Sponsors will offer some Dinners that will be announced. When this occurs, meals are not covered

cubriran dentro del plan de comidas en otro restauran si el jugador no asiste al evento.
