CIVICUS and CCONG, the Colombian national platform of NGOs, are pleased to announce that
we will co-host International Civil Society Week 2016 in Bogotá, Colombia from the 25-28 April.
Under the theme of “Active Citizens, Accountable Actions”, ICSW 2016 will feature dozens of
events organised by leading civil society organisations. Delegates can also look forward to
volunteer opportunities, documentary screenings, arts exhibitions, and local Colombian project
visits. The week will culminate in the CIVICUS World Assembly and Nelson-Mandela-Graça
Machel Innovation Awards ceremony. We look forward to welcoming you in Bogotá! CIVICUS
