¿EN QUÉ CONSISTE EL PASAPORTE CN TRAVEL?
Con el PASAPORTE CN TRAVEL, que le ha proporcionado nuestra guía en su primer viaje con nosotros,
podrá obtener descuentos y premios que podrán
disfrutar en sus próximos CIRCUITOS CULTURALES.
¿VIGENCIA DEL PASAPORTE CN TRAVEL?
Tiene una vigencia de 3 años desde la primera fecha
de validación.
¿CÓMO UTILIZARLO?
Es muy sencillo:
• En cada viaje sólo tiene que pasar por su agencia
para cumplimentar la correspondiente hoja de VISADO, con los datos que se indican en ella, y el sello
de su agencia.
• La validación/sello de cada uno de los visados
tendrá que ser SIEMPRE EN SU MISMA AGENCIA.
• El pasaporte es personal e intransferible y sólo
puede ser utilizado en cada viaje por el titular que
figura en el mismo
• Cuando los clientes hagan uso de los descuentos
o regalos aplicados en el PASAPORTE CN TRAVEL,
nuestros guías acompañantes verificarán que son los
titulares del mismo. En el supuesto de no coincidir el
titular con los clientes que estén realizando el viaje,
quedaría automáticamente invalidado, teniendo que
ser abonados los descuentos o regalos in-situ por los
clientes que realmente estén realizando el circuito.

Los descuentos o regalos a los cuales usted puede
acceder vienen especificados en las 10 hojas de
VISADO del que está compuesto este PASAPORTE
CN TRAVEL.
¿CÓMO CANJEAR LOS PREMIOS?
Se canjearán siempre en su agencia de viajes en el
momento de adquirir un nuevo CIRCUITO CULTURAL, siempre y cuando al validar el VISADO de este
nuevo viaje esté premiado.
MUY IMPORTANTE
Los visados para acceder a los descuentos y regalos
son aplicados exclusivamente en la programación de
los CIRCUITOS CULTURALES CN TRAVEL, no siendo
válidos en otro tipo de circuitos o viajes.
Dentro del plazo indicado, los premios se aplicarán,
en TODOS LOS CASOS, sobre nuestra PROGRAMACION DE OTOÑO / PRIMAVERA.
- Los circuitos de nuestra programación de Verano,
cuentan a efectos de VISADO, pero no de aplicación
del premio.
- En la programación de Otoño/Primavera, sólo
quedan exentos (como premio) los destinos NO
PENINSULARES.
- En los casos de clientes de Baleares o Canarias, los
descuentos y regalos serán válidos excepto el importe
del billete aéreo.

VALIDITY OF THE CN TRAVEL PASSPORT?
It has a validity of 3 years since the first validation date
HOW TO USE IT?
It’s very simple:
• On each travel you only have to go to your agency to fill in the corresponding VISA
sheet with the specified information and the stamp of your agency.
• The passport is individual and non-transferrable and can only be used on each
travel by the owner.
THE PRIZES
The discounts or gifts that you can get are specified on the 10 visa sheets that make
up this CN TRAVEL PASSPORT.
HOW TO EXCHANGE THE PRIZES?
They can always be exchanged in your travel agency in the moment of getting a new
CULTURAL TOUR, as long as the validation of the visa of this new travel is awarded.
VERY IMPORTANT
Within the specified term, the prizes are going to be applied in ALL CASES according to
our AUTUM/SPRING PROGRAMME.
• The tours of our summer programme count for purposes of the visa, but not for the
application of the prize.
• In the autum/spring programme only the destination outside the Iberian Peninsula
are exempted (as prize).
